The InnoTech Policy Lab is an interdisciplinary research lab at UMBC focused on cybersecurity policy, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. The Lab examines how rapid technological change reshapes governance, institutional resilience, and public trust—and how policy can respond effectively.

Our work combines rigorous empirical research, data-driven assessment tools, and applied policy analysis to support democratic institutions and public-sector organizations navigating complex cybersecurity challenges.
