Charles R. Conner III is the Baltimore County Chief Legislative Officer, and the liaison to the Maryland Federal Delegation for the County Executive. Charles has previously worked as the Deputy State Director for U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen. Prior to that role, Charles served as the Executive Director of the Maryland Democratic Party. Charles has also served as an aide to Delegate Luke Clippinger and as the Director of Stewardship for the non-profit, Thread. He earned a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, a Master of Divinity from Duke University, and an A.B. from Davidson College in Religion.
